Program Manager

Tarvos Talent is seeking a Program Manager for an innovative and fast-growing client located in Southwest Austin, TX. As the Program Manager, you’ll oversee customer-facing programs from kickoff through completion, partnering closely with engineering, production, and technical teams to ensure on‑time delivery, budget alignment, and seamless communication across stakeholders. This is a highly visible role where you’ll have the ability to improve processes, make a measurable impact, and help drive mission‑critical projects across aerospace, defense, and advanced technology industries.

• PMP certification required
• Strong electronics knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and customers
• Proven client‑facing experience with ownership of customer relationships
• Budgeting and cost management experience
• Experience managing shorter product life cycles
• Ability to meet strict on‑time delivery deadlines
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration across production, technicians, and engineering
• Waterfall project methodology experience preferred
• Confident, communicative, and proactive personality with a continuous improvement mindset
