Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with 500+ franchise locations across the United States and Canada. Pure Barre Austin is seeking a Regional Manager to take primary ownership of one studio while overseeing supporting managers and driving performance across the broader Austin market.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and developing studio teams, holding the business accountable to performance standards, building community presence, and owning revenue results across the region.

This is not a passive management role. It is a hands‑on leadership position for someone ready to dive in immediately — it requires real leadership ability, a track record of holding teams accountable, and genuine comfort with grassroots community engagement.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
  • Take primary ownership of one studio's day‑to‑day operations and performance
  • Provide oversight and support to managers at the region's other studio locations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop studio managers and sales teams across the region
  • Recruit, train, and supervise studio‑level sales staff
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable with consistency
  • Build a positive, high‑accountability culture across all studios
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Identify and develop talent for future leadership roles within the region
Community & Growth
  • Lead grassroots marketing and lead generation efforts across the region
  • Build relationships with local businesses, wellness organizations, and community partners
  • Schedule and participate in networking events, studio promotions, and community activations
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads across studios
  • Represent the Pure Barre brand at community events and local activations
Business & Revenue Performance
  • Own revenue and membership performance for the primary studio and across the region
  • Manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Track and analyze KPIs including sales conversion, retention, and utilization
  • Partner with supporting managers to drive local sales strategy and execution at their studios
  • Manage budgets and expenses across the region
  • Collect outstanding dues and manage billing follow‑up as needed
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure consistent brand standards, cleanliness, and studio presentation across all locations
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory and product stock across studios
  • Be present in studios regularly to provide hands‑on leadership and support
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and reporting consistency across the region
  • Maintain proficiency in Club Ready or similar studio management software, including revenue and attendance reporting
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication of performance metrics to ownership
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures across all locations

This is a KPI‑driven role. You will be measured on:

  • Revenue growth at the primary studio and across the region
  • Membership growth across all studios
  • Team retention and performance
  • Community engagement and local partnership development
  • Consistency of brand and operational standards across locations

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, ideally across multiple locations or sites
  • Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable and drive performance
  • Experience with or strong aptitude for community engagement and grassroots marketing
  • Comfortable operating independently with a high degree of ownership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person and over the phone
