We are passionate about cultivating excellence in everything we do and are seeking a Program Manager who will manage, execute, and coordinate complex cross‑departmental projects for new product launches and post‑sales implementations.

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a Program Manager who will manage both high‑level stakeholder engagement and the detailed execution of hardware, software, or integrated solutions projects. The role involves coordinating multiple programs, working with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Service and other cross‑functional teams to plan and coordinate all activities related to specific customer product sales opportunities and translate product vision into a project plan.
• Ensure all program stakeholders are fully engaged, aligned, and informed about deliverables, progress and risks.
• Drive process discipline, accountability, and execution across planning, monitoring, and completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, budgets, and resource plans; facilitate cost analysis and periodic reporting.
• Execute DFS New Product Development processes, including gate transitions and change management.
• Provide technical guidance and challenge assumptions for hardware and software projects.
• Lead change management activities, maintain clarity of vision, navigate conflicts, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, establish status, risk, and issue communication plans, and facilitate forward‑looking meetings.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience with technology products or services.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Agile/SAFe, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and program control.
• Ability to perform essential functions; reasonable accommodations may be provided.

• PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience managing new product or technology introductions, including supply‑chain readiness.
• Software program management and/or hardware/software integration experience.
• Retail petroleum industry experience.
• Experience with cloud IoT and multi‑party implementations.
