Role PurposeLead and coordinate multiple HSDC projects to implement new product solutions and expand manufacturing capacity and capabilities. Partner with Technology and Product Line Management to develop and execute strategic initiatives, and provide leadership across cross‑functional teams to ensure collaboration and successful transfer of new products and processes into manufacturing. Work with development teams, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to support operational readiness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Program lead for implementation of the manufacturing strategy that delivers quality, flexibility, short cycle‑times, and cost targets required in the highly competitive HSDC segment.
- Lead global effort for process and equipment delivery standardization, coordinating resource support with Technology, OFC/OCS Division Engineering, and commercial organization.
- Engage with key equipment vendors on capacity needs, joint development opportunities, and fundamental understanding.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, establish objectives, and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Secure adequate resources to enable program success.
- Regularly communicate program status and prepare presentations as required.
- Interact with external customers and internal customers to understand challenges, requirements, and functional needs. Participate in developing business cases with Product Management.
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree
- Minimum of 15 years total of technology, development, and manufacturing, and/or manufacturing engineering with project management experience
- Extensive experience managing complex, cross‑functional, culturally diverse teams and initiatives within technology and operations
- Track record of delivering on business results
- Customer contact experience and ability to translate needs into program requirements
- Travel 50% – including international
- Master’s Degree
- Working knowledge of OCS processes (New Product Introduction, PQA, CSC) and prior interaction with MT&E

The range for this position is $ – $ assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
