We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the overall operations, financial performance, and strategic growth of our restoration business. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including Mitigation, Construction, Sales, Customer Service, and Administrative functions.
The Branch Manager serves as the senior leader for the location and is accountable for driving profitability, developing high performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position offers the opportunity to lead an established operation while partnering with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives and long term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership- Direct and oversee all branch operations, including Mitigation and Reconstruction services
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, operating procedures, and best practices
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability
- Maintain full accountability for branch financial performance
- Manage budgets, forecasting, job costing, gross profit margins, and operating expenses
- Review key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Ensure effective resource allocation and operational planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and leadership staff
- Build a culture centered on accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and results
- Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership coaching
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth
- Strengthen relationships with customers, insurance partners, vendors, and community stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve market presence and operational performance
- Support strategic initiatives and organizational growth objectives
- 7+ years of leadership experience within restoration, construction, or related service industries
- Demonstrated success managing branch operations, business units, or multiple departments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational metrics
- Experience leading mitigation and reconstruction operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
- Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders, and drive accountability
- Experience with Xactimate and restoration industry systems preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus

Salary range listed is total compensation which includes a base salary plus a commission/bonus structure.
