Engineering Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Engineering Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of engineering initiatives.
- Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate project intake, prioritize engineering work, and manage project roadmaps.
- Maintain project dashboards, Radar boards, action items, risks, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
- Facilitate meetings with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate OPS processes and maintain accurate project documentation, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status to leadership.
- Ensure effective communication across multiple teams and provide regular project updates.

Project Management experience: 8–10 years.
Compensation & BenefitsExpected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
Employment is conditioned upon successful completion of a post‑offer drug screening as required by applicable state law.
