Construction Manager
The main function of a construction manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Should have experience of working with mission-critical data center projects.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Skills & Qualifications
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience working in live or fast-paced construction settings with a strong emphasis on safety programs and compliance.
- Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., scheduling software, Bluebeam, reporting systems).
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Opportunity to work on high-visibility, mission-critical data center projects with direct impact on Client's global infrastructure delivery.
- Hands-on field leadership with significant ownership over safety, schedule, and quality outcomes.
- Exposure to Client's A2 standards, advanced commissioning practices, and cross-functional collaboration with design, procurement, and operations teams.
