Senior Program Manager

Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager of Pay Pal commercial execution will play a critical role managing all major Commercial growth programs for the Commercial Consumer Group, including top US Commercial, Global monetization, and P2P/Xoom cross‑border initiatives. This individual will lead governance coordination for major launches, provide ongoing updates to senior leadership, and manage quarterly and annual planning for these key programs.

• Scope the project and program responsibilities, focusing on internal information systems and non‑technical project completion from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and third‑party contractors.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers.

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Performance reporting and communication: regularly report to executive leadership on key performance metrics, new program execution status, and strategic milestones to ensure accountability and informed decision‑making.

Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
