This is a full-time, on-site role as a Manager, Account Administration, in our Austin, TX location.
The Manager, Account Administration, serves as the operational leader and process owner for all account administration services within their assigned counties. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client services, maintaining high-quality standards, driving process improvements, and leading a team of Accounting Analysts.
The Manager serves as the primary county lead and trusted advisor for clients, local officials, residents, and industry partners. They are accountable for team performance, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and the achievement of utilization and realization goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, project management, client relationship management, and process improvement capabilities. They are proactive, highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about developing others while delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Client Service Delivery and County Ownership- Take full ownership of all account administration services and deliverables within assigned counties.
- Ensure all reports, updates, transfers, disclosures, and client deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with firm standards.
- Serve as the county lead and primary relationship manager for clients and stakeholders within assigned jurisdictions.
- Monitor deliverable status, project timelines, and team performance to ensure exceptional client service.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and client concerns and address them before they impact service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local officials, district leadership, residents, developers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for client concerns and complex issues.
- Conduct regular client meetings and county visits to strengthen relationships and better understand client needs.

- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Accounting Analysts.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, support, and accountability.
- Balance team workloads and allocate resources effectively to meet client commitments and operational goals.
- Collaborate closely with other Account Administration Managers to ensure consistency across counties, share best practices, balance team resources, support cross-county initiatives, and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, coaching conversations, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Support employee growth through mentoring, training, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client service excellence.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the Account Administration function.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC principles to identify inefficiencies, improve quality, and increase operational effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized workflows, templates, checklists, and best practices.
- Create and publish training materials and process documentation to support consistency and scalability.
- Leverage technology, automation, AI tools, and reporting solutions to improve workflow efficiency and team productivity.
