A rapidly growing Texas‑based general contractor is searching for a Commercial Project Executive to take ownership of a high‑performing division focused on sub‑$10M commercial projects
. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who wants to run a book of business, develop long‑term client relationships, and help elevate a division inside a company with a clear 10‑year plan to double in size.

What You’ll Lead

As the Commercial Project Executive, you will oversee all aspects of the commercial portfolio, including:

  • Full P&L ownership for your division
  • Leadership of project teams (Sr PM, PM, APM, PE)
  • Partnership with a General Superintendent and field leadership
  • Client relationship development with a strong repeat‑client base
  • Select‑bid and negotiated work across Texas
  • Projects typically under $10M, including:
  • Restaurants
  • Retail
  • Banks
  • Offices
  • Schools

This role is ideal for someone who has run similar commercial projects and is ready to step into a broader leadership lane.
