Job Overview
Arm is seeking a Senior Manager, Research Ecosystem to support and expand a program of external research engagements with the North American academic community, aligned with Arm’s technology development objectives. The role works with multiple groups across Arm to identify where academic contributions could positively impact technology roadmaps and facilitates conversations with university researchers and U.S. Government funding agencies.
Responsibilities- Maintain and coordinate Arm’s existing portfolio of university relationships across North America.
- Identify and engage with relevant opportunities for Arm under U.S. Government funding initiatives, and work with internal and external partners to progress these.
- Monitor and track relationships and engagements, ensuring appropriate legal and related agreements are in place.
- Work closely with Arm’s Government Affairs and Workforce Development teams on relevant policy or workforce development initiatives for academic researchers.
- Serve as Arm’s primary contact for the North American academic community, handling enquiries and requests for information.
- Understanding of the North American university sector.
- Experience building and supporting partnerships involving multiple partners.
- Ability to work independently, but also comfortable as part of a small remote team.
- Ability to quickly grasp detailed technical concepts and explain them to a non-expert audience.
- Capability to balance the requirements of multiple projects and/or activities concurrently.
- A degree or relevant experience in a technical field.
- Experience with project tracking and monitoring.
- Evidence of tailoring communications and presentations to different audiences.
$207,800 - $281,200 per year. The total reward package will be shared with candidates during the recruitment and selection process.
