Position Purpose
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) by supporting the Senior Director, PMO and ensuring the successful execution of organizational projects. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) manages a complex portfolio of medium to large-scale projects that align with BBBSA’s goals and strategic priorities, and they are responsible for implementing existing processes for system-level projects.
This role involves driving alignment, sequencing, and achieving outcomes on a large scale. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) focuses on coordinating across various functions to strengthen decision-making, monitor budgets, and track resources in collaboration with finance and departmental leaders, all to ensure the success of each project.
