Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the work of regional sales and may have financial budget responsibilities.
  • Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of IHFM and in collaboration with AVP.
  • Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of broad and more complex IHFM regional sales strategies which may include negotiations with internal and external parties.
  • Plan and direct complex activities with large scale or significant business impact with the accountability for successful completion of all IHFM deliverables.
  • Lead in identifying risk, developing mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues in collaboration with AVP and IHFM cross functional and/or matrix teams.
  • Work in collaboration with AVP to implement overall IHFM strategy of enhancing infrastructure for sales and marketing activities throughout all regional IHFM business units to maximize business.
  • Work in collaboration with AVP & SVP in achieving IHFM KOD goals and ensuring regional sales meet/exceed IHFM quarterly sales and compensation plan goals.
  • Promote and model IHFM’s core values, regional culture, and strategic vision as defined by the SVP and AVP, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or equivalent in related field plus experience in operations management at regional level required or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria required.
  • Demonstrated track record of direct people management or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria required.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% (including car, air and overnight travel)
