Sr. Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Fleet Safety & Recovery operations business, including performance, billing, and financial statements.
• Conduct weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, and provide one‑on‑one coaching and development for team members.
• Meet with clients as needed to continue business growth.
• Interview Operations Managers and Team Leads.
• Promote a positive department culture.
• Scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.
• Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation (e.g., CSAT, AHT, resolution rate, shrinkage).

• Experience as an Operations Manager, preferably within Fleet Safety & Recovery.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with ease and proficiency across a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
• Experience managing supervisors and implementing advanced coaching, performance management, and development structures.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills, with the ability to build productive client relationships.
• Professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
• Demonstrated safety & compliance procedures.
• Preferred autonomous vehicle experience.
• Flexibility to travel.
