  • Manage Foundation communications, including social media and marketing content that supports programs and events.
  • Support the Executive Director in developing and expanding Foundation programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance, budgets, and key metrics to support informed decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
What You’ll Bring

  • Five or more years of experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, business development, nonprofit leadership, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience with responsibility for supervising and developing employees.
  • Experience managing events, programs, corporate partnerships, or community engagement initiatives.
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally throughout Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, CFRE certification, or equivalent fundraising credential.
  • Experience working in a nonprofit or mission‑driven organization.
