Head of Product
who will lead the end-to-end product organization and partner directly with the founders to shape the future of the brand.

• Product strategy and seasonal execution from concept through commercialization
• Leadership across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing & Production
• Building scalable product processes while maintaining speed and agility
• Cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership and global manufacturing partners

• 8+ years of product leadership within apparel, footwear, or consumer products
• Experience leading multiple product functions under one organization
• Proven success scaling teams and product organizations in a high-growth environment
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Thrives in a founder-led, fast-paced culture where adaptability is key
