Thatch is seeking a Program Manager, Operations Enablement to own the onboarding program across the Operations teams. You will engage with new hires and leaders to improve understanding of Thatch’s products, processes, and tooling, delivering engaging training across the org.
You'll build the onboarding function from scratch, lead sessions, tailor content to roles, measure effectiveness, and coach the team to scale knowledge as Thatch grows.
