As the Regional Director of Operations, you will serve as the senior operational leader for the Texas region, overseeing multiple markets and Clinical Team Managers. You will be responsible for regional operational performance, growth initiatives, team leadership, client relationships, and overall execution.

This role combines executive‑level strategy with hands‑on operational leadership and requires someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. You will have the opportunity to build infrastructure, develop high‑performing leaders, influence company growth, and create scalable operational excellence across Texas markets.

This position requires regular travel throughout Texas and candidates must reside in Texas. Primary regions of travel and operational oversight include Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Lubbock.

• Own regional operational performance, including revenue growth, labor management, gross margin, and operational efficiency
• Establish and drive accountability through KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and structured operating rhythms
• Ensure consistent execution and performance standards across all markets
• Monitor regional trends and proactively implement performance improvement initiatives

• Directly coach, mentor, and develop Clinical Team Managers
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and data‑driven decision making
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, business reviews, and performance evaluations
• Support leadership development and succession planning across the region

• Implement scalable operational best practices across multiple markets
• Identify and remove barriers impacting scheduling, staffing, logistics, productivity, and patient experience
• Improve operational workflows and cross‑functional coordination
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and service standards

• Execute regional growth strategies focused on provider productivity, visit volume, and market penetration
