Project Manager, Operations Management, Project & Program Management

We're partnering with a leading building technologies and life safety organization that's looking to add two Project Managers to its growing Central Texas team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects from start to finish while working on some of the region's most recognizable commercial and industrial facilities.

You'll primarily focus on project execution, financial management, scheduling, and customer communication while partnering closely with field teams responsible for on-site installation.

• Manage multiple fire alarm projects from kickoff through completion.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks.

Projects range from approximately $200K to $3M+ across industries including commercial office, data centers, education, manufacturing, healthcare, warehouses, and government facilities.

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience (strong candidates with less experience will also be considered).
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• PMP, NICET, or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
