SB Energy is seeking a Site Operations Lead to own operations for one or more data center campuses and to directly manage a team of 3rd party CFEs and/ or manager-level positions. You will direct preventive maintenance programs, oversee budgets, and coordinate vendors during maintenance and break/fix events.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 7+ years in facility engineering and supervision, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
