Account Partner - Financial Services

Overview

Account Partner - Financial Services for Salesforce Professional Services within the Customer Success Group (CSG). Build trusted advisory relationships, demonstrate execution excellence, and define a roadmap toward customer success and value realization from Salesforce investments.

• Build relationships with license sales and extended teams (product, success managers, delivery, legal, etc.) to understand and counsel on programs that align with customer goals.
• Act as the deal originator, strategist, and execution lead supported by the delivery organization.
• Drive enterprise-level strategy for ambitious customers and facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews, and value assessments.
• Accountable for bookings, revenue, margins, CSAT, and delivered value; enable smooth transition to delivery with appropriate margins and staffing plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to accelerate value and improve customer outcomes; develop repeatable motions within micro-verticals; act as a key SME and liaison between internal and external teams.

• 7+ years of experience owning or leading a book of business within Enterprise Financial Services.
• 7+ years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience selling professional services related to digital transformation.
• Experience driving strategic motions including value propositions, execution planning, teaming, and outcomes-based engagements.
• Ability to build assets from scratch including marketing, sales, and strategy solutions.
• Experience managing full sales lifecycle for complex professional services within a SaaS environment with a high performance-to-quota ratio.
• Experience with global procurement processes to settle pricing and deal strategy.
• Skilled in engaging with C-suite executives during a strategy cycle.
• Background in delivering critical initiatives for firm-based, product, or service delivery models.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; recognition of core proficiencies through leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience.

• Location:
  
  Based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to align with regional clients and internal teams.
• Travel:
  Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Expertise:
  Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Professional Services or Digital Transformation GTM strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
