About the role…

The Creative Design Manager will lead the service delivery for our creative design offerings, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and value. This role is central to guiding clients through the adoption of our multimedia instructional solutions, digital design projects, and visual communication content, making sure they leverage our full suite of services for maximum impact. The Creative Design Manager will be the key connector between clients and internal creative design teams, advocating for client needs and driving the success of projects from inception to completion.

We're looking for someone who is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and enjoys bringing structure to complex challenges while building scalable ways of working.

What you’ll be doing…

• Service Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of creative design service delivery, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resources, priorities, deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as an escalation point for AEs/CSMs, to understand client needs, identify practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Performance Monitoring: Track projects progress, manage KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Process Improvement: Develop and refine service delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve systems and create repeatable solutions.
