Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000 based on experience

Position OverviewRISE is seeking an experienced and proactive Association Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both condominium and single-family communities.
This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, professional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to maintaining high-quality communities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to RISE’s procedures, policies, and tools.
Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area.
Provide financial and operational leadership, offering consultative support to clients.
