Longevity Partners is a global, independent sustainability partner to real asset stakeholders, from investors to developers to occupiers. Founded in 2015, we bring together technical depth, financial expertise, regulatory insight, and digital-first tools to deliver measurable impact across the full program lifecycle, from strategy development to on-the-ground execution.

Our team of 100+ sustainability professionals works across the full asset lifecycle, from acquisition through to exit, on projects spanning more than 45 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. We combine global insight with deep regional expertise, helping clients navigate local regulations and market dynamics to unlock value, reduce risk, and accelerate the transition to a resilient, sustainable future.

About the Role

We are recruiting a Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead our climate risk and resilience offering, providing strategic, technical, and commercial leadership on climate-related risk assessments, resilience strategy, and adaptation planning for our real estate clients. Drawing on an in-depth understanding of climate change, physical and transition risk, and the built environment, you will independently lead complex client engagements, grow the client relationships and pipeline behind this offering, and mentor our junior consulting staff.

What You Will Do

Business Development & Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong client relationships through the delivery of high-quality consulting services. Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling of our consulting services.

Lead pursuits for both new and existing clients, including proposal preparation, technical approach development, budgeting, and commercial negotiations. Participate in client presentations, workshops, and client development activities.

Identify emerging market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies aligned to Longevity Partners' capabilities.

Own day-to-day client relationships, driving satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Technical Expertise & Subject Matter Leadership

Lead asset- and portfolio-level climate-related risk assessments and propose targeted adaptation and mitigation strategies to enhance resiliency.

Deliver action-oriented climate adaptation and resilience roadmaps at asset and portfolio levels grounded in advanced financial analysis and modelling.

Interpret climate regulations and standards such as TCFD, ISSB, and CRREM, and advise clients on the regulatory implications and risk exposure they create.

Guide and validate the work of junior consultants, and design tailored methodologies for the firm's most complex climate risk analyses.

Build deep, multi-domain sustainability strategy expertise while developing specialist knowledge within climate risk and resilience.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

Develop new methodologies and tools that advance the firm's climate resilience offering, including new services.

Present climate risk and resilience approaches to clients and external partners, and influence how the regional practice addresses emerging issues.

Lead thought leadership pieces and represent Longevity Partners at external events.

Delivery Excellence

Independently lead large, complex climate risk and resilience projects, staying accountable for quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Identify and manage delivery and commercial risks, and build playbooks, toolkits, and standard resources the wider team can use.

Manage project budgets, balancing client ambition against cost constraints, and deliver measurable short-term operational results.

Lead project teams day-to-day, reinforcing Longevity Partners' values and a high-performance culture.

Manage, coach and support junior consultants and analysts, providing regular feedback and helping shape their career development.
