The TAPFIN team at Manpower Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for an assigned client in the United States. You will oversee sub-vendor management, requisition flow, job placement, contract negotiations, and day-to-day program operations to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
You will mentor staff, drive quarterly reviews, implement and train users on software, and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
