Project Manager III

Manages one or more very complex projects, involving a combination of the following: clients with a national geographic footprint; or projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; or other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc. Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out). Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.

Manages other Project Managers. Works closely with the Owner through the pre-construction phase. Works with the Owner to prepare the RFQ documents. Participates in confidential meetings and conceptual proposal reviews. Participates in the proposal review process and interviews. Assists with the review and scoring of potential Progressive DB teams. Assists in the selection of the most qualified Progressive Design Build Entity.

Works with the Owner and DBE to develop the program and design criteria while staying within budget and schedule. Verifies the budget and schedule for the design-build phase of the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS plus + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior bond management experience.
