Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

Directs ongoing support, resources and guidance to assigned region's local and district team, and community Resident Engagement associates through meetings, conference calls, site visits and individualized coaching for effective problem-solving techniques. Supports a variety of corporate initiatives including resident program standards, budget, policies, resources, guidelines and training manuals. Executes the implementation, communication and promotion of a person-centered approach to engagement based on the interests of the residents of Brookdale owned and managed communities.

Supports and manages the Brookdale engagement mentor program, providing professional development to assigned mentors with the assigned region.

  • Partners with District team members and community leadership teams to determine and reach identified business goals.
  • Ensures that all Brookdale resident engagement philosophies, standards and objectives are maintained within assigned region of the division.
  • Provides financial oversight of Resident Engagement budget in relationship to community performance.
  • Effectively communicates with regional, district and community leadership related to Resident Engagement, summarizing standards compliance, recommendations and development plans.
  • Provides ongoing Resident Engagement support, consultation and follow-up to community Executive Directors including community site-visits and interviewing all final candidates for resident programs positions. Documents and submits site visits to district and community leaders for appropriate follow up, including action plans and next steps.
