Technical Project Manager (Contract)

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Technical Project Manager (contract). In this role, you will oversee the delivery of enterprise business software implementation services. This individual will be responsible for leading implementation teams, driving operational excellence, managing project portfolios, and ensuring successful client outcomes. The role combines people leadership, business management, and strategic oversight within a professional services environment.

This role is onsite in Austin, Tx.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software implementation consultants and project leaders.
• Establish and execute delivery strategies that support successful implementation and adoption of enterprise business applications.
• Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, provide guidance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project health, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to implementation methodologies, project delivery standards, and team performance.
• Contribute to business planning, resource management, budgeting, and operational decision-making within the consulting practice.
• Support practice growth through strategic planning, team development, and service delivery excellence.
