Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually. based on experience

Job Description

The Office Manager serves as the hospital's operational leader, overseeing daily operations while driving financial performance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, patient care, client experience, and employee engagement. Partnering closely with the Medical Director and Hospital Director, this role ensures people, processes, resources, and systems work together effectively to achieve hospital goals. The Office Manager develops leaders, strengthens processes, removes operational barriers, and fosters a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.

Success requires a visible, engaged, and solutions-oriented leader who balances strategic priorities with day-to-day needs while championing continuous improvement and the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership
    • Oversee hospital financial performance, including revenue, expenses, labor, inventory, and profitability.
    • Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial and operational results.
    • Partner with the Hospital Director on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, resources, technology, and service delivery while maintaining exceptional patient and client care.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient and collaborative department performance.
    • Develop and improve processes, SOPs, workflows, staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and equipment readiness.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and safety expectations.
    • Lead operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • People Leadership
    • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing, engaged team.
    • Provide leadership and accountability to supervisors and department leaders while fostering collaboration.
    • Establish clear expectations through communication, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
    • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce engagement efforts.
  • Talent & Culture
    • Champion the hospital's mission, vision, and values through visible and consistent leadership.
    • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, inclusion, teamwork, innovation, and service excellence.
    • Support leadership development, succession planning, mentorship, recognition, and continuing education.
