Europe Markets Limited invites an experienced Head of Compliance to lead MiFID/MiFIR compliance for the Malta MFSA-regulated MTF trading venue. You will align with the OEM Board and Global Compliance, and collaborate with the MFSA on authorisations, reporting, and venue governance.
You will build and manage the compliance program, oversee member admission, monitor trading activity, and supervise regulatory interactions across Europe, including DORA obligations for the venue.
