AboutThe Role
Austin Capital Bank is seeking a hands‑on Branch Operations Manager to take full ownership of our single branch location and its supporting deposit operations. Our branch is intentionally small—two CSRs, a modest deposit portfolio, and limited in‑person account opening or loan activity—but it sits at the center of operational functions that are critical to the bank: servicing our deposit customers and executing timely, accurate wire and ACH processing for our Fintech and BIN/BaaS sponsorship group.
Reporting to the COO, you will run the branch end to end: supervising and developing the CSR team, managing daily branch activities and controls, owning deposit operations workflows, and continuously improving processes through automation and workflow optimization. This is an on‑site role, five days per week, at our Austin, TX location.
This is not a sales or business‑development role. We are looking for an operator—someone who takes control, builds structure and accountability, executes with precision every day, and leaves every process better documented and more efficient than they found it. Deep working knowledge of Jack Henry Silver Lake is required.
