Transco Rail Services, a Marmon Holdings company backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a transformational Senior Director, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead enterprise-wide EHS strategy across a growing network of rail service operations throughout North America.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this executive leader will be responsible for advancing environmental stewardship, regulatory excellence, operational safety, risk management, and organizational capability across multiple facilities and field operations.

The Opportunity As Senior Director, EHS, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of all environmental, health, safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities across Transco Rail Services.

You will partner closely with Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, Legal, Risk Management, and executive leadership to ensure the organization operates safely, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable regulations while supporting continued business growth.
