The firm operates a modern 60,000‑square‑foot fabrication facility and focuses on quality, safety, and pride in every project.

Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Field Operations positions perform the tasks and duties listed below.

• Has a full understanding of the project scope, schedules, man‑hours to complete, budgets, and any extra work and how it is to be tracked.
• Ensures foremen adhere to Patriot Safety and QA/QC standards and any site‑specific requirements.
• Coordinates with the GC superintendent and Patriot PM daily to maintain schedule compliance.
• Orders materials in sequence with the schedule and verifies material availability before assignment.
• Manages all in‑house and third‑party surveying and inspection scheduling.
• Attends project weekly meetings and reports changes or delays to the General Superintendent and PM.
• Documents and maintains NCR, RFI, and ASI work on site.
• Oversees at least three foremen and advises workflow based on the weekly site meeting schedule.
• Enters daily data into Patriot Link (time allocations, material info, erection tracking).

• Previous extensive experience required for all positions that lead a team of ironworkers and/or operators.

• Continual improvement – must continually grow one’s craft, learning new tools and techniques.

• Current welding and OSHA certifications required (dependent on position).
• Current SMAW “stick” papers
• Current FCAW “wire” papers
• Current seismic FCAW “wire” papers

• General foreman
• Leadman
• Operator foreman
• Direct responsibility for daily supervision of field operations employees.

The role is performed at active construction jobsites with very limited time in a professional office. Tools and equipment include hand tools, structural welding implements, cranes, and lifts. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Regularly required to talk and/or hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger or handle, and reach. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift or move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision.

This is a full‑time position. Hours may change based on business needs.
