What we're looking for in a Regional Manager:
- This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role for someone who is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening culture, and turning strategy into consistent, everyday behaviors inside the branch.
- You are a hands-on, people-first leader who believes performance follows leadership—and that the best way to grow results is by showing up, coaching in real time, and building trust with your leaders.
- You will spend approximately 80% of your time traveling to your branches, partnering closely with Branch Managers to elevate leadership capability, reinforce sales and service behaviors, strengthen accountability, and ensure a consistently exceptional member experience across your region.
