Key Responsibilities- Strategic Procurement
- Assist Sourcing Team in developing and executing purchasing strategies for raw materials, components, and services used in reconstructive hip, knee, and shoulder implants
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory
- Supplier Management
- Identify suppliers aligned with Enovis’ innovation and compliance standards
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and cost‑efficiency
- Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with FDA regulations and internal/external regulatory requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and assist Quality in conducting audits as needed
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, R&D, Sourcing, and finance teams to support product development and launch timelines
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and track KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics
- Use ERP systems to maintain accurate purchasing records and generate reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of purchasing experience in medical device manufacturing or high‑tech industries
- Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and healthcare compliance standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
