Adecco is hiring for Production Associates
Support Zellerfeld, an innovative technology-driven manufacturing company focused on next-generation footwear production. These are full-time, long-term roles with hands‑on training provided.
Shift & Rotating SchedulePM Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Rotating 2–2–3 schedule:
- Front Half:
Sunday – Tuesday + every other Wednesday - Back Half:
Thursday – Saturday + every other Wednesday
This rotating schedule alternates weekly between:
- Week 1: 36 hours
- Week 2: 48 hours
(Every other Wednesday is the rotating day.)
Pay Rate$19.00 per hour
Job OverviewProduction Associates support the full production workflow in a clean, organized, and fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role includes repetitive tasks, hands‑on work, and following step‑by‑step instructions to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards. No experience is required—training is provided.
Key Responsibilities- Follow written instructions to complete production or finishing steps
- Perform repetitive assembly or post‑production tasks with accuracy
- Conduct visual inspections and identify product defects
- Support material movement, labeling, and organization
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Communicate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate basic tools and equipment after training
- Document tasks as required for production tracking
- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours per shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive work
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and able to work the rotating PM schedule
- No prior manufacturing experience required
- Previous production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus
