Lab Technician; PCR Chemistry Expr

Urgent hiring for "Sr. Formulation Technician" in Austin, TX

Must be located closer to Austin, Texas

• Formulate buffers and reagents for biotech applications at varying scales in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds with appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Isolate and dilute nucleic acids using pipetting and spectrophotometric techniques.
• Conduct quality control testing on buffers and nucleic acids, including pH, conductivity, and agarose gels.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality control processes and document results in technical reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science is Mandatory
• 1+ years of experience working in Lab is Mandatory ( Experience in regulated manufacturing and process improvement is Mandatory)
• Expertise in reagent formulation and PCR chemistry (Running plates/gels and the machines) is Mandatory

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
