Position: Production Technician PM Shift / 12 HR

* ** Shift & Rotating Schedule*
* ** PM

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM*
* ** Rotating 2-2-3 schedule:*
* +  
** Front Half:
** Sunday - Tuesday + every other Wednesday

+  
** Back Half:
** Thursday - Saturday + every other Wednesday

** This rotating schedule alternates weekly between:*
* +  
** Week 1: 36 hours*
* +  
** Week 2: 48 hours*
* **(Every other Wednesday is the rotating day.)*
* ** Pay Rate*
* **$19.00 per hour*
* ** Job Overview*
* ** Production Associates support the full production workflow in a clean, organized, and fast?paced manufacturing environment. This role includes repetitive tasks, hands?on work, and following step?by?step instructions to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards. No experience is required-training is provided.*
* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + Follow written instructions to complete production or finishing steps

+ Perform repetitive assembly or post?production tasks with accuracy

+ Conduct visual inspections and identify product defects

+ Support material movement, labeling, and organization

+ Maintain a clean and safe workspace

+ Communicate with team members to meet daily production targets

+ Operate basic tools and equipment after training

+ Document tasks as required for production tracking

** Qualifications*
* + Ability to stand for 10-12 hours per shift

+ Comfortable performing repetitive work

+ Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Reliable and able to work the rotating PM schedule

+ No prior manufacturing experience required

+ Previous production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus
