** General Purpose of the Job*
* During the first 6-12 months, team members learn key skills through the masker certification program. Primary responsibilities include masking and demasking customer products undergoing parylene coating. Additional duties may involve cleaning, surface preparation, inspection, packaging, shipping, receiving, fixture refurbishing, and other process‑related tasks.

** Essential Functions and Responsibilities*
* + Follow designated processes, work instructions, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs).

+ Perform masking/demasking and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscopes, or other support equipment.

+ Inspect own work to ensure quality compliance.

+ Inspect, disassemble, clean, refurbish, and reassemble coating fixtures as needed.

+ Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required.

+ Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.

** Additional Functions and Responsibilities*
* + Operate precision measuring instruments and record measurements.

+ Work in a clean room environment and follow all PPE and hygiene standards.

+ Maintain strong personal hygiene and keep work areas organized.

+ Follow plant and corporate safety policies.

+ Handle hazardous materials according to regulatory requirements.

+ Assist in other areas or take on additional duties as business needs change.

** Education & Experience*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ SCS Reading Comprehension assessment may be completed in lieu of GED.

** Basic Skills*
* + Ability to clearly speak, read, and write English.

+ Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

+ Ability to communicate basic production and quality information.

+ Basic math skills.

+ Ability to remain seated for extended periods.

+ High manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for detailed tasks.

+ Ability to distinguish red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet.

+ Ability to meet near‑vision requirements using a Jaeger eye chart, with or without correction.

** Pay Details:**  $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
