• Production Scheduling:
  Create and maintain production schedules that align with customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Contractor Manufacturing:
  Manage close relations with manufacturing vendor to ensure production planning meets targets.
• Material Planning:
  Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Demand Forecasting:
  Adjust production plans to address customer demand and fluctuations.
• Capacity Analysis:
  Evaluate production capacity and ensure plans are feasible based on resources, equipment, and labor.
• Communication:
  Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth information flow.
• Priority Setting:
  Determine priority of production orders based on customer needs and resource availability.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track key performance indicators related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
• Risk Management:
  
  Address potential risks such as supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, or workforce shortages.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a production planner or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using production planning and ERP software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies – advantage.
