Auto Body Technician

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Proficient in pulling, straightening, and squaring frames and structures.
• Strong attention to detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no shortcuts.
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform full collision, panel, and structural work, restoring vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly, fit and finish; add final touches.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; keep location tidy.
• Collaborate as part of the team to move cars through the repair process.
