Tesla is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities will include managing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering or Industrial Maintenance and have at least three years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. You will also possess strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
