We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team. This position follows a 3‑12 schedule. Work 36 hours, get paid 40!
Schedule:
Friday – Sunday from 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Set‑up, adjust, and operate all machining equipment to produce parts required to specified tolerances at an acceptable cost.
- Accurately fabricate parts to specification on CNC machines.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Trade School, High School Diploma or GED required.
SpecificJob Skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and determine dimensions and tolerances.
- Must communicate clearly when non‑conformance is identified and corrective and preventive actions are needed.
- Strong math skills.
- 1–5 years’ experience as a machinist.
- Experience with Mazak, Makino, and CNC controls.
- Programming experience is a plus.
Analytical ability, interpersonal skills, dexterity, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
