Adecco is currently hiring for an  
** NPI Technician
** to support a growing team in Austin. This role focuses on bridging engineering design and manufacturing by helping transition new products into production.

** Position Summary*
* The NPI Technician plays a key role in executing the transition of electrical and mechanical designs into production-ready builds. This position works closely with engineering and production teams to ensure new products are built accurately, tested thoroughly, and ready for manufacturing.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Interpret and follow  
** electrical and mechanical schematics
** to build product assemblies

+ Redline and document  
** design changes or discrepancies*
* + Translate technical updates into clear instructions for production teams

+ Build and assemble  
** complex product solutions
** as required

+ Lead and support  
** project teams on the production floor*
* + Perform  
** inspection, testing, and evaluation
** of assembled products

+ Troubleshoot issues and conduct  
** root cause analysis*
* + Provide recommendations to improve quality and production processes

+ Create and maintain  
** technical work instructions*
* ** Qualifications*
* + Experience in  
** manufacturing, assembly, or technical production environments*
* + Ability to read and interpret  
** technical drawings or schematics*
* + Strong  
** problem-solving and communication skills*
* + Comfortable using  
** hand tools and working in a build/test environment*
* + Basic understanding of  
** electrical and mechanical systems*
* + Proficiency with computers and documentation tools

** Education*
* + Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

** Work Environment &

Physical Requirements *
* + Primarily an indoor manufacturing or office setting

+ May require standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools

+ Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and work with precision
