How You’ll Make a Difference You’ll be the trusted expert who keeps equipment safe, reliable, and ready to perform. Your work directly supports our customers, your teammates, and the high standards that define Site Pro and Sammons.
What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling equipment—engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and lifting systems—both in the shop and at customer sites.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to catch issues early and keep equipment operating to manufacturer specifications.
Safely disassemble, repair, rebuild, and reassemble components while following all safety procedures and regulations.
Document work completed, manage parts and supplies, and take part in ongoing technical and safety training.
What You’ll Bring
A solid mechanical foundation, strong problem-solving skills, and pride in doing the job right.
1+ year of experience in forklift repair or a related industry, with a high school diploma or GED (trade school a plus).A customer-first mindset, clear communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and continuous learning—including progress toward product certifications.
