What to Expect

As an Associate Manager of PC, you will play a critical role in leading a team of Supervisors to drive operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure production goals are met. You will work cross-functionally with manufacturing and operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, Quality, Material Flow, and Maintenance to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

* Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high-quality products against aggressive production targets

* Maintain a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability

* Empower teams to collaborate with engineering to improve product manufacturability and line productivity

* Develop training programs and workforce development strategies for Supervisors, Lead Material Handlers, Equipment Maintenance Technicians

* Support issue resolution, including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking

* Drive standardization of work processes and ensure consistent practices across shifts and areas

* Utilize production performance metrics to optimize efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, and cost control

What You'll Bring

* 5 plus years of experience managing teams in a high-volume manufacturing setting

* Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience with demonstrated exceptional ability

* Strong ability to analyze and drive performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, cost)

* Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary
