Production Manager

Position Overview

Nulixir is looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead in‑house packaging manufacturing operations within our bottling department.

This position will be IN-PERSON at our HQ facilities located in the Austin, TX Metropolitan Area.

• Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of Nulixir’s beverage manufacturing plant; including developing a daily production plan and ensuring daily operations goals are realized
• Manage a growing team of Production Operators and Line Leads (20+ per shift)
• Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
• Train and supervise line workers to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure a healthy and safe manufacturing environment for all employees in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
• Manage Nulixir's quality and site certification processes (GMP, Organic, Kosher, etc.)

• Leadership: 3-5 years (required)
• Bottling or Canning Line Operations: 2+ years (required)
• Previous experience in a supervisor/lead role, preferably in the food/beverage industry
• Previous experience in operating/leading a bottling/canning line
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to fabricate, sanitize, and package products according to specifications
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
