Austin, TX Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Schedule:

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of electronics repair or soldering experience required Level 2 soldering experience preferred, including fine-pitch ICs and wire leads BGA rework or SRT machine experience is highly preferred Experience repairing laptops, cell phones, PCBs, or other electronic devices is a plus Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills Commitment to safety and quality procedures
Job Duties:
Inspect and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies Perform solder rework, component replacement, and repair activities Use microscopes and specialized repair equipment to identify defects and complete repairs Conduct BGA repair and rework processes as required Verify repaired products meet quality and performance standards Document defects, repairs, and inspection results accurately Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workstation Support production goals while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy
