• Schooling: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background: 6 months to 1 year in production or inspection work helps you hit your stride.

You’ll be right on the floor where the action happens. You’ll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production moving. You’ll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth.
