• 2+ years of CNC programming experience required.
• 2+ years of combined mill and lathe machining experience required.
• Strong ability to write G-code from scratch and interpret G-code and M-code programs.
• Experience programming and machining with stainless steel (300 series), Monel, Stellite, and similar materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Strong understanding of metric and standard measurement systems.
• Experience using CAM programming software and tool geometry applications.
• Strong computer skills related to CNC programming and machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet production standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Program and operate 2, 3, and 4-axis CNC turning centers according to specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
• Develop CNC programs using Esprit or similar CAM software.
• Create and maintain setup sheets for CNC lathes of various sizes.
• Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure accurate machining.
• Apply strong tooling knowledge, cutting theory, and tool quadrant understanding to optimize machining processes.
• Write and edit G-code as needed to support production requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
