Requirements- 2+ years of CNC programming experience required.
- 2+ years of combined mill and lathe machining experience required.
- Strong ability to write G-code from scratch and interpret G-code and M-code programs.
- Experience programming and machining with stainless steel (300 series), Monel, Stellite, and similar materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Strong understanding of metric and standard measurement systems.
- Experience using CAM programming software and tool geometry applications.
- Strong computer skills related to CNC programming and machining processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet production standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Program and operate 2, 3, and 4-axis CNC turning centers according to specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
- Develop CNC programs using Esprit or similar CAM software.
- Create and maintain setup sheets for CNC lathes of various sizes.
- Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Apply strong tooling knowledge, cutting theory, and tool quadrant understanding to optimize machining processes.
- Write and edit G-code as needed to support production requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
